Gaddy

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Gaddy, our beloved black lab, who crossed the rainbow bridge on December 2, 2025, cradled in the loving arms of her mama. Gaddy was a vibrant and playful soul, bringing joy to our lives for 12 wonderful years.

Rescued at the tender age of three, Gaddy quickly became a cherished member of her family. Her playful spirit was evident in everything she did, from her enthusiastic chase of tennis balls to her joyful antics with her toys. Gaddy had a special bond with her sister, Dixie, often seen stealthily finishing Dixie’s food when no one was watching.

Cuddling on the couch with her mama was one of Gaddy's favorite pastimes, where she felt safe and loved. Her affectionate nature and unwavering loyalty touched the hearts of everyone who met her. Gaddy's spirit will forever remain a part of our lives, remembered for her playful barks, comforting presence, and the unconditional love she gave so freely.

As we say goodbye to our beloved Gaddy, we take comfort in knowing she is now at peace, running free and chasing endless balls in the great beyond. She leaves behind her loving mama and sister Dixie, who will forever cherish the memories they created together.

Rest in peace, sweet girl. You will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered. ️
