Hidi my beautiful lady, was the queen bee of our home and truly one of my children. she was my rock, my constant, and the heart of it all. Through the years and all the other dogs, Hidi was special, deeply loved and respected by the whole family. She had the happiest spirit—the way she would run and bounce with her ears up and tail wagging nonstop is something I’ll never forget.
She didn’t play ball often, but when she did, she’d bring it back and have the best time… and when she was done, she was done. She loved to snuggle, tucking her head under my chin and falling asleep right there. Always wanting to be close, always wanting to be held—my perfect little companion.
We brought her home as a tiny 12-week-old puppy in 2011, and watching her grow old was one of the hardest things I’ve ever faced. But she was strong not a care in the world, “except for when it was time for her nite nite cookies” that was serious business! She knew she was well loved and to her that’s all that mattered such a true little angel and Queen. Life feels so much quieter without her. and always will, even with the other dogs, it’s just not the same. I love her with all my heart, and I always will.
She will be forever missed and never, ever forgotten.
