One cold raining February afternoon 6 years ago, this lil pitty came to the fire house looking for help. She was beaten, cold, tired and hungry. We had no idea what to do. Started calling friends because we didn’t want her to go to the shelter and be put down. She was skiddish at first but started coming up to me at the fire house. Jennifer came and got her. Well our little Luna Bean hopped right in to her car and got her first night sleep, warm, fully belly, and protected. After FHO and many other issues we found out that she was being used As either a bait dog for fighting or a dog for irresponsible breading. She was the sweetest dog ever. She loves walks and loves just being in a family that loves her as much as she loves us!! We are lucky she chose us to be her family. She knew what she was doing when she came to the fire station looking for help. She is just wonderful! And so glad she is part of our family!! She has grown up with the family and will be greatly missed.
