| Phoebe was our first cat and we were blessed to celebrate 15 years with her. A master of hide-and-seek and a thief at stealing our hearts. She spent several years tutoring under the watchful eye of her sister Shelby, a matriarch in her own right. She eventually learned to love or should I say "tolerate", her adoptive siblings: Mila, Bailey, Jackson, Coco, Rose, Kaleb, Snoopy and Pugsley. Spoiled rotten by her dad, Stuart, she quietly enjoyed the finer things in life often carrying herself as an elite heir to some Egyptian throne. Her daddy, Eliot, knew he had found a diamond-in-the-rough when he accepted her as a gift from a co-worker. She enjoyed birthday celebrations and dancing with her humans. Her nightly calls for bedtime will be greatly missed, as well as those moments where she would curl up on our chest and fall asleep. While our hearts mend and our eyes weep, we find solace in knowing that Shelby is waiting on the other side of that rainbow bridge, welcoming her long loss friend home. Until we meet again dear Phoebe...goodnight! |
