Simon Petrikov Crowbar Meowington-Thatcher

Simon Petrikov Crowbar Meowington-Thatcher was born under unknown circumstances and, as a baby, was left with his mom and sister in the driveway of a family who could not keep him. He was then adopted by the Thatcher family on June 13, 2019 and from there began a life full of adventure and luxury.

Simon was a floofy, mouthy fellow who loved going out on the back deck for a container of wet food every day at promptly 5pm, exploring the neighbors’ garages, and stealing bacon when his family wasn’t looking. He was a pensive fellow without a single marble between his ears and loved to perch himself on his humans and make biscuits-always with claws unsheathed. He was never shy about asking for affection and he always had leaves stuck in his fur pants. He was a cautious bestie to his sister and protector, Shuna the dog, and was a reluctantly loving brother to his feline sisters over the years: Marcy, Bonnie, and Phoebe.

The wonderful, notable things about Simon are too numerous to be named. He was grumpy but rarely complained. He asked for what he wanted and vocally advocated for his desired pets or wet food until they were secured. He was a terrible but enthusiastic hunter who could lose track of a lizard when it was mere inches from him. He left fur on everything he touched and had the most dapper little orange mustache.

Simon was taken from his loving family entirely too soon and will be missed terribly. Life will simply not be the same without his late-night yowling, constant pawing at the door to be let out or in, and attempts to steal food directly from the plates of his humans.
